Vendors Application Form
Please Note Our Terms:
  • All product must be licensed. Absolutely no bootleg or pirated items sold at our event.
  • Art must be from the vendor unless permission is granted from the artist.
  • AI art will not be allowed.
  • No vendors are allowed to leave merchandise at special guest booths unless permission is granted by both Kadabra Con and the guest.
  • Vendors Cannot haggle or barter for autographs.
  • Vendors cannot use other vendors' props, backdrops, booths, etc, for promotion or advertising of their company.
  • No broken, damaged, or missing pieces of products are to be sold to customer(s) without their knowledge.
Please note that completing this application does not guarantee a space at the convention.

Disclaimer: If you are unable to attend the event, refunds must be requested no later than two weeks prior to the event date. Refund requests made after this deadline may not be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding.
