KadabraCon welcomes news organizations, bloggers, podcasters and media outlets to attend our event for the purpose of coverage of the event, as well as for the coverage of partners, exhibitors, and speakers attending KadabraCon. Applications to obtain a press pass can be completed below.

Terms and Conditions

• Examples of your work is required if you desire to interview or directly include any of the celebrity guests in your content. The celebrity guests and their agents must give full consent to an interview or any interactive pictures or footage. 

• Press Pass recipients must follow KadabraCon policies and protocols and must abide by the policies placed by the American Bank Center. Any violation of these policies can result in your press pass being confiscated. 

• Any celebrity guest, attendee, exhibitor, volunteer, staff or sponsor must give consent before any interviews, pictures or footage may be taken from them. Any violation of this will be subjected to confiscation of your press pass. 

• We will not approve photographers planning to charge attendees for photoshoots. Photographers whose organizations are approved as a Press Pass recipient are prohibited from charging for photography sessions. 

• Press pass recipients are not guaranteed entry into a panel or event that is at full capacity and does not allow access into any panel or event before the starting time.
